Net-Enrich and N-Able Scheming for MSPs to “Get More” to Improve Their IT Services

Dubbing their joint wisdom “Get More”, NetEnrich have joined forces with N-able to launch a sales and marketing initiative designed to sleeken MSP operations. NetEnrich have traditionally offered solution providers more intelligent means of managing their cloud, network architectures, data centres and business-critical applications remotely, which allows their clients to develop and scale their IT services more effectively.  They’ll be weaving their remote monitoring expertise into the “Get More” project, which is hoped to help MSPs stimulate growth and sooth costs. Meanwhile N-able, whose remote automation management and monitoring (RMM) software is currently being used to manage over 44 000 remote networks in more than 30 countries, will be contributing the automation know-how.

The companies says “Get More” heralds the end of the low-end network operation centre and simplistic RMM architectures, ushering the era of a remote operating centre with scaling and automation abilities that can save substantial costs.  Get More essentially consists of webinars and synchronized sales programs which offer strategic insight into coveted pricing practices, hoped to assist in alleviating tough conditions currently faced by MSPs as well develop their IT services efforts. This is a welcome effort, given the well-known difficulties MSPs face developing and maintaining their own network operations centre and managed IT services platforms.

As an indication of the potency of the NetEnrich and N-able alliance, a recent measure of their partners has demonstrated that MSPs presently deploying Net-Enrich’s “closet-to-cloud” RMM centre in conjunction with N-able’s N-central product suite are accelerating into double digit growth. They’re also benefiting from unprecedented positive feedback regarding their 24/7 support services.

NetEnrich was recently named in Red Herring’s list of Top 100 North America, an award which celebrates innovative and talented companies and was amongst the first to identify the prodigious potential of giants like Facebook, Twitter, Ebay, Google, Yahoo and Skype. Their service delivery framework’s instantaneous provision of enterprise-class technology and adept technical support has consistently proved a cheaper option for many clients than employing a squadron of in house IT experts. Their partner is no less substantial. In 2010 N-able saw it’s SMB client base for N-central grow by 71%, whilst its Midmarket Reseller Program is developing at 100% year-over-year.
